Ok so I just wasted an Eternal thinking the mod would actually WORK AS INTENDED.

and before anyone says anything stupid, the skean was ilvl 59 and the leo mod was put on a blue vagan skean, so it was there BEFORE the crit multi was rolled.

Someone has to be I guess! Just make sure you don't try to take advantage of the mod and exalt some valuable items before they fix this.
