HLD Cyclone nerfed?

Why is it a global nerf, wasn't it OP in LLD only? Cyclone is the only viable 2h skills now, along with molten strike which is also getting nerfed. Looks great, who's hyped

GGG could have done something like "pvp only lower damage at lower levels then scales back to normal at level 15+". Which they should do. | |

The balance changes will likely affect HLD as well. Given that HLD is not a focus right now, the changes were likely targeted at LLD only. It is just an unfortunate side effect that HLD got affected.

I used cyclone a bit to get my LLD char to #1 torment in 1 day. I deleted my character to make sure GGG wouldn't find out what my character was (used cyclone a bit) but then 2 days later they announce cyclone will get nerfed. I'm quite disappointed.
