Why does PvP season 2 must exclude an established PvP Base?

For the PvPers in permanent leagues, why do they get excluded even when it's the oldest and most established PvP based and has been around for years?
How will exclusion expand PvP? If you want to avoid doubling up rewards, then hold the events at EXACTLY the same time so a player must choose between one or the other. As a Torment PvP player, I've had to wait for all of season one to be over before I'll get to do any events.

GGG should have season 2 include some standard/HC events, that way there's still an incentive to have an LLD char in standard/HC.

Do you think GGG have enough resources to handle a pvp season in permanent leagues and temp leagues at the same time? We didn't even have a smooth season 1.
Don't get me started on GGG handling both LLD and HLD in one go. | |

" dude lets use the brain a bit, they not launched PvP in temp leagues because no1 was prepared to ditch PvE for make LLD chars after a week of playing the new leagues...while in standard and hardcore they were prepared and waiting like a year for it. now exclusion shouldn't happen in Season 2 imo, but they could remove Swiss events and the invitational for legacy leagues so they dont kill the growing LLD community there. |
