[ENG/GER] twitch.tv/r4wb1rd | low budget builds, Q&A, new player help, casual player perspective
 "Welcome Wraeclast Wanderers" About me My name is r4wb1rd and I am a German youtuber and streamer. I usually stream in English but will also switch to German depending on the time of day and viewer population. I was playing D2 a lot in my school and university days and after giving D3 a shot I quickly switched to and stuck with PoE, hoping to stay here for the next couple of years. I'm considering myself being a casual player, having only a couple of hours per week time to play which is why I focus on making the most fun out of my limited time. I'm mostly known for making low budget builds, I started with a quirky Discharger, continued with flavor of the month Spectral Throw until I got more successful with an Elemental Wander. The low budget build put together by me which I'm liking the most so far is the Crit Tornado Shot Ranger which also works perfectly in v1.3 In 1.3.0 I brought a Shockwave Totem char to 85 in Bloodlines and I'm working on a budget Kinetic Blast Phys Wander in Bloodlines and an Low Life Aura Bot Weapon Animator in Torment.
