Next season, don't make for e.g. purely "3v3 days". I have 0 PvP events to play in every Tuesday, as it's always team events. Good job!

Mix things up the tiniest bit: put a solo event(s) every day, put a team event(s) every day.


Edit: This also applies to any "format". Don't have specific days for Open events (Mondays and Thursdays in S1 afaict). Pepper them across the whole week. That way if someone is an avid Open player, they aren't screwed out of every single event if they are unavailable on the specific 2 days a week you randomly chose to put them on.


While i'm on the subject, you don't have to make back to back 20 min events the way you have. If you keep the same number of events but separate all the "paired identical" events, suddenly you have more people able to participate.
