How to "join" pvp?

hey guys. with the new pvp seasons starting i finally returned to PoE but I dont know how to join these PvP-leagues with my level 28 character? and where dafuq can i farm gear?!

To join PvP matches now regardless of league press "B" while in town or your hideout to join a PvP que. As for farming Fightgarr has some good guides posted you should check them out. But mainly people farm cruel mud flat dominus or piety for gear.
