Can spectating be abused?

Lets say I speak with a friend on skype and I spectate his duels. Wouldn't it be kind of cheating to tell him where the enemy is hiding so he can shoot arrows/projectiles in that direction? You can also tell him around how much health enemy has left and other useful information like that??

only possible real peace of clue is where some mines/traps that were cast off screen are
