PvP season two question

Hello, Mark states that pvp season 2 will start in the bloodline and torment leagues. He even says you can start collecting gear for it.(the thread where he explains about season one).
Is season two low lvl pvp or high lvl pvp? He states you can start collecting gear, but I don't know which lvl I should collect gear for. I know some of you have discussed pvp with GGG. Did they mention anything about season two? If nobody knows anything its ok because then its fair for everyone. But I think it would be a little unfair if some of you already know what the theme of season two will be so you can start collecting gear before everybody else. Just my thoughts. | |

Hlvl will probably start in 1.4 with new balance on skills and skill tree.
