suggestion for cutthroat

Hi, I suggest to remove specification when /whois'ing in cutthroat mode. I think when top players just hunt down the other top 10-20 systematically, it removes a lot of the chaos and random elements of CT.
should be: /whois xxx

xxx is online, currently playing cutthroat league.

that's it. what do you think?

Or just disallow them to join areas they already visited (except when in side areas)
