Buffer Underflow Error

Hello,
I am for the first time having issues running the game after 5k hours. I am having a "buffer underflow" crash over and over. attempted fixes- Game reinstall file verification settings changes (directx to vulcan/ changing everything to low) changing servers clearing steam cache driver updates I am unsure at this point what to do for the game to run. Nothing in my hardware has changed, internet is stable, CPU,GPU,and RAM usages are all within normal running speeds/temps/percentages If anyone can help please let me know Last bumped on Jun 9, 2026, 3:41:54 PM

I had the same issue after the latest patch. Removing all MTX from my character fixed the problem.
