When I pick up a chaos, I get an error message, then game closes

If I pick up a chaos, I get an error (Exception) message that says "Buffer Underflow", then my game closes.

I picked up other items without issue, but I don't know the extent to which this goes beyond just chaos.

The integrity of my steam files was done, and worked out fine, and I just did a reinstall. Both times I tried to pick up a chaos again, and the exact same thing happened.

I think the issue was an MTX body armour. The purple chest piece from the previous poe1 league where Breach was reworked.

YES!!!! Thank you soo much for that. It totally fixed the problem.
