Web marketplace search is restricted

Why do I receive a prompt to limit my search when using the web version of the marketplace, with time limits ranging from tens of seconds to thousands of seconds: "Rate limit exceeded; please wait 424 seconds before trying again." I don't search many times, and even after the first search several hours after my last search, I keep limiting my search.

Do you also use a third-party tool for performing searches?
Are you using a shared IP address (e.g. college campus WiFi; VPN) ? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
