Abyssal depth

Ok, so I'm just going true the story, got to Ngaku, found an abyssal depth and got the message. Where the hell is he/it? I cleared it for the 2nd time today and there's no one to talk to, in fact no one wants to talk, they just wanna kill (me). The 1st time I got mobs with the sign/sigil above them, 2nd time they didn't, just one got like a void circle undeneath'em and there was a voice, other then that the run was the same. Even after killing everything, leaving and reentering I get the message and thats it.
Bugged? I shouldn't be here (yet)? What am I missing?

In the mapping part of the quest, after you make your way to the Well of SOuls on the map, you move up a bit towards a T5 required map it says "abyssal power" has a quest marker. This map is neat because it will always have access to an abyss depth, the lurker guy should be right as soon as you drop. But even though you used a T5 map those depth mobs are level 79, then if you fail, you can just re-enter and keep fighting level 79 until you beat the boss down there. So you can kinda farm it and just not beat the boss if you wanted to be cheap like me

Act 2 Mastodon Badlands -> Lightless Passage -> Well of Souls.

riiiight, @ the desacrate altar or w/e. Lol forgot bout that place. Well if i get the message again I'll check it out.
