Hey Kevinyzy, you're not alone.

I've been experiencing the exact same issue for several weeks now. The game is only playable between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM. After that, I get "Failed to connect to instance" constantly and get kicked back to the login screen.

I've already done all the basic troubleshooting (router restart, cable, firewall, MTR traces) and contacted my ISP (Vialis) who confirmed packet loss on their infrastructure nodes. A technician visit has been scheduled.

However given that multiple players are reporting the same issue at the same times, this strongly suggests there is also a server-side problem on GGG's end, likely related to EU peak hours traffic.

Hoping GGG looks into this seriously instead of just telling us to restart our routers.

strongly agree you. hope GGG can solve this basic issue which bring the game supporters very bad game experiences, google the solution, restart everything but still couldn't play
