Crashing to Desktop

I have been constantly crashing to desktop regardless of what content I play. No error message or anything of the like, just straight to desktop.
Currently playing the MA Whirling Assault + Hollow Form Monk and I seem to crash whenever I'm in the middle of WA in maps Trials etc.
I don't crash on any other character or game, only when I play my Monk.

I have tried everything uninstalling drivers with DDU and reinstalling, ran mem tests, reinstalled game, verified integrity of files, reseated ram, dism restore health, sfc /scannow, everything I can think of. Nothing works. I'm at a loss on what to do.
