staggering palm + charged staff projectiles and shapeshift bug

I messed around with wyvern form on console for a bit. This bricked staggering palm and charged staff projectiles(ie no projectiles when i use whirling assault) when i switched back to quarterstaff. Havent tried it on mouse and keyboard or other skills, but i think it's likely the same.
