Breachstone? Help

Anyone found how to transform breach splinter into revelatory wombgift than into breachstone?

I thought it was automatic when 300 splinter were collected but I have more than 1k splinter and I still can't transform my stacks into wombgift. Am I stupid and I miss something or is it one another bug?

Take them out of the stash tab into your inventory, unstack a single splinter then add it back to the stack to complete the 300, it will transform then
