Can’t Stash Crisis Fragment in Fragment Stash Tab

As the title states, I picked up a weathered crisis fragment and it won’t stash in it’s dedicated slot in the Fragment Stash tab. Last bumped on Jun 5, 2026, 10:58:59 PM

is it your first one? I noticed the same thing happened to me so I am thinking its a main quest item.
