Rune seeker quest the interaction parts are none to be seen, even wjen resetting the game.

Im on my 4th character and the parts in when you have to interact for the runeseeker quests are bugged out. Its happening when you go into the room. For me its in act 2 an 3, in the skull.of the titain and mystic refuge.
