The Origin Tower boss did not spawn after inserting Origin Spark and Origin Cradle

Hi GGG team,

I would like to report a possible bug related to The Origin Tower and the Origin key items.

I placed the required items at the base of The Origin Tower, one Origin Spark and one Origin Cradle. After going up to the platform at the top of the tower, the boss that should have appeared did not spawn. There was also no interactable object available. As a result, it seems that my materials were consumed without giving me the encounter.

One possible cause is the order in which I inserted the items. Earlier, I placed an Origin Spark into the key slot, then left The Origin Tower area. After that, I ran several more maps and obtained an Origin Cradle. I then returned to The Origin Tower and inserted the Origin Cradle into the remaining key slot. When I entered The Origin Tower again, the Origin Spark I had previously inserted was still in the slot.

However, after both the Origin Spark and the Origin Cradle were placed, going to the top of the tower did not trigger the boss encounter. There was no boss and no interactable device.

At the moment, it looks like my ticket materials were consumed by this bug. Could you please investigate this issue and, if possible, restore the lost Origin Spark and Origin Cradle?

Also, I currently have another Origin Cradle placed in one of the key slots, but I have not obtained the matching Origin Spark yet. I am worried that the same issue may happen again if I complete the set later.
