The renderer for this game is completely broken and should be fixed as the #1 priority.

It's crazy to me. I have a 5090 and get good frames but my god changing areas, loading into areas, opening the map. It's all completely crazy. What's crazier to me is Vulkan works better than DX12 but not by much. DX12 Renderer is honestly unplayable because of the random gears black screen you will get.
