​Do 0.5 Uniques drop as Exceptional?

​Has anyone actually seen or chanced an Exceptional version of any of the new patch 0.5 uniques yet?
​I'm specifically trying to find out if The Ordained Grand Spear has an Exceptional variant enabled in the drop pool. Getting that extra socket or the baseline 30% quality, but I haven't seen a single one linked in global chat or posted on the trade site yet.
