character is bugged and cant login others work just fine DONT GO TO WELL OF SOULS

I was doing the well of souls questline and when i went to finish the quest and return to the well of souls i clicked it tried loading in and it crashed my game now i cant login to that character any more it just keeps saying disconnected failed to join instance.been trying to login for the past 45min. i made a new character just to test and it was able to login just fine. so i think the buggy well of souls area bugged my whole character and now i cant login and play anymore till they patch this lmao what a fun time.

This exact same thing happened to me now I cant even log in with that character. I had to make a new toon.

yeah this is kinda ridiculous. im able to login on tht character now but every map i open instantly crashes my game and closes my map....... literally cant do anything
