Game constantly crashes

Its a massive issue. Didn't have this issue in the previous league. Can play other games just fine. At around act three is when it becomes a problem. Sometimes im not even doing anything just checking items and my game will crash. But it does have a higher chance of crashing when I go into a loading screen. The issue became much worse during act 4 and it's become practically unplayable due to how often my game crashes. Just for reference I believe my game crashed a total of around 20 to 30 times in one play session.
