Killed Xesht after dying - No Loot

I killed Xesht after dying to one of his attacks.
I respawned to find him dead but ther's no loot on the ground.

Wasted more than 4 Divs worth of a Breachlord's Sac?

Will this be fixed?

I remember something similar happening to me in one of the previous leagues, so this may be intended

I guess the philosophy has been "you got killed so you deserve no loot"

Not entirely sure though. There has been lots of crazy stuff going on with bugs, pretty much as expected with such massive changes
