Quest stuck after killing arbiter of divinity

So I just killed arbiter of divinity and was about to use one of the pillars, it opened the atlast and let me click on an area to grant atlas points or whatever (didnt have enough time to read it) and the game crashed. After I logged back in the portals were all gone cant talk with doryani It seems i dont have main quest. The last part on the atlas tree is still locked and says Defeat the arbiter of divinity to unlock. Did not get any atlas tree points either.
