server crash and rollback

I was inside an Abyss with two divs orb and 1 annulment orb in my inventory When I leveled up, the server crashed, and when I logged back in, the Abyss was closed, my inventory was empty, and I hadn't leveled up. Thanks, you've completely killed the desire to play.
