Stuck in infinite loading, never been the case before...

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start this league. The game has always been reaaaaally long to load on my pc (it's better on my steamdeck but I'm an old mouse/keyboard player so hard to play on SteamDeck) but now it's just unplayable. And I mean really unplayable.

My druid arrived to first town : infinite loading.
Created another character and came to first town : infinite loading
Tried everything I saw online (reinstalling, deleting shadders, changing renderer, graphics to minimum, even voodoo ritual) nothing helps, the game I paid is now totally unplayable since this league.

I mention that, has usual, the two gears are in the middle of the screen which is black but I can interact with people in town and write in the chat

Already let the game turn like this for 2 hours, never comes back to normal...

Any idea ? :/

1: Go to my computer
2: Click the bar at the top and type %APPDATA%
3: Go to AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2\VideoCache

There might be a GXCache folder or a different folder.

If there's a file in there that's like 6-8gb, delete it.

When you restart your game, it might take a while for areas to load, but it should fix your problem. My buddy had the same issue yesterday and it fixed it.
