Stuck on the bug in ACT 4 Benedictus boss fight!!!

So I killed the boss Benedictus in Act 4, and during that animation of his death I died too, so I spawned back again to a checkpoint go in and he is in his dieing animation and in the midle of it he just flies away during his speach... Now I cant go any further, stuck there... Dont know what to do... Tried respawning at check point option but same thing happens eveytime... PLS HELP HOW TO GET PASS THIS...

Try restarting your game.

need to create new instance and kill the boss again

instances are reset after 8-15 minutes, or you can ctrl+click on waypoint to force new instance creation

restarting the game will not help as it will bring you back to old instance unless it expired
