Killing Arbiter of Divinity 7/8

Hi, I have a problem after fighting the Arbiter of Divinity. I’ve just defeated the seventh boss, and the quest that allowed me to unlock Atlas passive skill points no longer lets me complete the quest “Collect Divine Power.”

Is this a bug? Or have I already reached the maximum number of points that can be obtained this way?
