Raven's Flock (Spiraling Conspiracy) has abysmal damage

Okay, guys. I just tested this pseudo RF skill.

Only ways to increase it's damage:
1) %increase from tree (not much overall, tbh)
2) 3 support gems (seriously, only 3 gems can give +% more damage to it)
3) Despair curse + Wither
After all that overall damage is abysmal. It is even less than Contagion before spreading with an actuall good weapon with +chaos lvl and all

THAT'S IT :)))))))))))))))))))))))

Zero lineage support gems, zero notable passives, zero uniques, zero affixes that actually can boost damage. Nothing. And i mean NOTHING.

What about +LVL? DoT from main RF circle DOES NOT SCALE with +minion lvl
Oh btw - Rupture the Flesh lich ascendancy node DOES NOT WORK because Ravens are not in your presence.

This is absurd and blatant trolling.

What is wrong with you guys, GGG??? This staff is so hard to obtain, and you have audacity to bait us with zDPS RF in trailer showcase???

Specific item for specific builds.

It's not a Witch item, it's a Sorc item.

The only people who should be using this are Disciples of Varashta with the ascension node to equip a focus with a staff.
Without that node, no staff can be better for a minion user than a wand + scepter.

The flock is a minion, and has an attack command.
You use it on a char that builds offensive minion nodes and command nodes.
The kind of minion build that spent no points on defensive minion nodes and isn't using any targetable persistent minions that would get killed.

Living Lightning, Ravenous Swarm, Raging Spirits, the Djin, Unearth with the support for exploding on death, and the regular spells you use to spawn the spirits and lightning.
