Can't allocate breach atlas point

Killed Xesht twice, have 32/32 skillpoints, 1 free point available, but still can't allocate "Tear Open the Rift" node

it should say that you have to beat the pinnacle boss (i guess a 2nd time) in order to allocate it. Look on the node description, there should be a red note.
Im wondering how do i face it a 2nd time tho... |
