Missing Rune recipes

Greetings,

It seems that when I open my runebook I am still missing a lot of recipes e.c the divine orb recipe and a lot of others.
after doing some digging I found out that these final recipes are to be found on the plunderer island where you go to when delivering the torn map pieces in act 4.

I completed this final farrow quest on the island and did get the final runebook, I made sure to go through all the acts to see if I maybe missed a farrow quest however this was not the case.

Do any of you have a idea if this might be a bug or am I looking at something completely wrong?

Same problem, didnt find any answers, done all quests and missing divine recipe(and some else). Looks like it bug and n1 care... Loosing part of main league mech
