Where can I safely share a PoE2 loot filter audio tool?

I’ve been working on a Windows tool for Path of Exile 2 that lets players easily swap custom audio sounds in their item filters.

The goal is to make it easier for players to manage CustomAlertSound files without manually editing filter text or moving audio files around.

I was wondering where I could safely post and share this tool with the rest of the PoE2 community without breaking any community rules or looking like spam.
