Surpassing Projectiles Crashes Game

The mod from Genesis tree "Minions have X% surpassing chance to fire an additional projectile", combined with Skeletal Sniper's command skill, causes the game to turn off when it procs. Happens every time, easily repeatable. Skill works fine without the belt mod, and crashes 100% of the time when equipped and it triggers the extra projectile.
