I cant allocate my atlas skillpoints in the tree

I did a few maps and was able to allocate them at first. Then suddenly i wont allow mebto spend the rest of the points i earned. I cant connect to any of the nodes next to ones i already allocated

Same issue, can't allocate earned atlas points at all, and still no Endgame tab on the map screen
