lineage supports in 0.5

are anomaly map bosses still supposed to drop one of these guaranteed? i have done 3 and didn't get any drops (no it's not my loot filter). i haven't completed the jado questline yet however i found a post on reddit from a guy saying he has completed it and the next anomaly map still didn't drop a lineage support gem.

i suppose this is a bug? anyone know more about it, maybe it's an atlas node or something causing it to bug out? or was the system changed entirely in 0.5? the way the lineage support atlas nodes are worded it sounds like one should still be guaranteed as it states that you get a 15% chance to drop an extra one. are these nodes bricking it maybe somehow?
