Expedition questline bug - Vorana logbook

I am stuck on the grand expedition - explore the islands in search of Vorana.
From what I gathered i was supposed to receive a vorana logbook from a bossfight at some point, I never got one. I cleared every single node around the Ruins of Kingsmarch after entering the first logbook, everything is completed and it seems like I am stuck?
