Arbiter fight is more annoying than hard.

my build is just average so i have decent damage but not op so i can't just one shot like youtuber video out there. but like 80% of the time he just become invaluable and constantly cast instant kill skill.
especially when it cast ball of fire you suppose to stant inside. he will almost 100% cast big ass beam that will also instant kill you inside that circle. like the whole circle..... and it activate like 0.5 second from between those two. how in the F do i dodge that? and another one that it force you to move to clear patch before the time run out? sometime it spawn on other side of my screen. i have to dodge and sprint to get there but most the time i can't stop it in time because i can't fully stop the character. it will slide and get hit on other side anyway. TLDR can you guy made this fight less annoying? like don't allow 2 phase of attack to overlaps on each other? or limit how far safe spot can spawn from previous spot? All you have to do is stand outside of the circle, and just as the beam is about to end, dodge roll into the circle.
There's another one that is opposite to that, where he drops a circle and jumps up into the air, you dodge roll out of the circle at the moment the ball hits, and he slams down in the circle. |

i wanna give a small tip too, maybe not at begining but after phase change he stays abit stationary , otherwise its quite difficult to catch him to apply mark and sh*t . what makes the boss difficult is definetly not dmg check but he is contantly loose to hit it
