Stuck in infinite texture load + settings reset on game relaunch

Entered a map, some enemies and league mechanic textures were not loading in, found and entered an abyss that was visually not existent. After entering the abyss I am stuck in an infinite texture load. To fix I restarted the game only to find my settings have all been reset to default
