Farrow wont spawn in Skull of the Titan (act 2)

I ran through the campaign since I started late. Noticed some recipes were saying I missed it in act 2.. I ran back and found all of the titan pieces, ran to the skull of the titan, and when I run to the door it wont open.

Ignore.. apparently the animation on the door is incredibly long and if you click it and accidentally move it stops it.
