Rogue Exile Ritual + other minor bugs

Killing an Exile within a ritual can duplicate the amount you sacrificed. Had a juicer map where 3 Exiles landed in a ritual. Was a shocker when all 3 respawned but naked not even trying to fight back. Exiles respawn with out any gear. What was a fun way of increasing Exiles per map is now clearly bugged.

Overwhelming presence has no bonus for the Advanced Thaumaturgy node on Gemling

Leaving the Delirium Portal in maps can glitch you into terrain preventing you from moving.

The + projectiles from Advanced Thaumaturgy on Grenades doesn't provide you extra grenades. With multi shot + max qual should be 5 grenades. But even without multi shot equipped there are no gains to proj.
