**[Bug] Shocking Leap never procs Shocked Ground on Pounce (Druid / Wolf form)**

Hey, I've been testing Shocking Leap on Pounce and I think there's a bug worth looking into.
Pounce has two separate components in its tooltip: the Pounce itself (which marks the target) and the Leap Slam (which lands and damages enemies). When I socket Pinpoint Critical alongside Shocking Leap, the crit chance increases to 14.08% on the Pounce tab but stays at 8% on the Leap Slam tab. This suggests the two components are evaluated independently. My guess is that Shocking Leap's proc condition is tied to whichever component doesn't actually produce the ground hit, so the Shocked Ground never gets created. After 100+ uses of Pounce with enemies surviving the landing, I've never seen Shocked Ground appear even once, and on a map with a clean floor it was easy to verify. For context: 31 STR / 31 DEX / 68 INT, DEX requirement for Shocking Leap met, gem socketed without any incompatibility warning from the game.
