Staggering Palm is not firing projectiles as intended.

In theory, when I have Staggering Palm and Staggering Force active, every attack should fire projectiles. However, this is not happening. The skill only fires projectiles once, and after that no projectiles are generated, even though the buff is still active.

I am also using the Projectile Nova II support gem, but the issue still occurs. The projectiles are not being generated as expected.

I would appreciate any help with this issue, as this is the main build I play in Path of Exile 2. It would be a great help if this could be investigated and fixed.
