Bug ID: #1563154200 Staggering Palm and Charged Staff only work for 1 Weapon Set

Basically Both Staggering Palm and Charged Staff only work in the Weapon Set they were activated even when both Weapon Sets have the same "unarmed" weapon but even then I dont see a reason why the buff shouldnt carry over and stay active if the weapon would be different.

The Video shows is pretty clearly, Im not sure if this is related to Hollow Palm or not but its definetly not working even tho both my weapon slots are bare hands.

I would also like to again refer to a different bug related to shapeshifting with Talisman: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3930864 that is still present as well in 0.5
