Can't complete Ritual section map after dying to boss once

To give as much info as possible, I was running a map in the ritual section of the atlas (so the requirement to complete is "Complete all Rituals".

I did complete all of them and then went on to defeat the boss. I then died once and all mechanics disappeared from the map as expected for a boss death.

I then killed the boss and the map did not get marked as complete.

I was running a T15 map on Bastille node with all 6 affixes on with the Doryani power that gives 1 extra revive.

Maybe the marker for map completion doesn't play well with either boss wiping mechanics? or maybe it's linked to doryani revive power?
