Spending Rage with Engraged Warcry is not counting as Rage Spent for Primal Hunger

I tested with every warcry and with both Enraged warcry I and II. None of them are being counted as rage spent for the keystone Primal Rage and regenerating rage. ( The wording on the support is "Spend")
Rageforged is working as intended when linked to a warcry and Corrupting cry and the regeneration of rage is working.
