Cannot complete Eastern Enigma Chamber

This has happened twice in a row now so it's not just a one-off, but on killing Doryania in the Eastern Enigma chamber, an infinite lightning strike starts and follows me around the arena. There's not enough time to teleport back to the start since it takes so long so the lightning catches up to me and kills me while I'm immobile. Then I die at the start of the chamber with the loot that I was supposed to get. I have gotten the crisis fragment from the fight, but the map can't complete because I can't get enough time to teleport out.

If I run back to the arena and kill Doryani's first phase again he gets into the mech and has a seizure. Image link below showing the teleport and Doryani after killing his first phase a second time.
