Breach Maps Not Completing

Breach maps (with a hive) aren't completing. If you complete the hive, but haven't beaten the boss, and die in between (after hive, before boss), then the entire map clears. The areas discovered are completely filled back in, all monsters vanish, and it still says to "clear the Breach hive" even though there no longer is one. Results in defeating the boss but not getting the Atlas point, and the map still registers as incomplete.
