(Fixed an issue where the Runic Knowledge in Mystic Refuge (Act 3) wouldn't be targetable if you had summoned Farrow but did not speak to him, preventing completion of The Runeseeker quest in Act 3.)



Still bugged with my second character.

Bugged for me as well on my second character, I was even able to summon him again and speak to him but there is no book to click and it just shows as Study the Runic Knowledge. Doubled checked the entire area and redid it multiple times, but there's nothing else.
